Yes. AI website chat is included in our No Worry Automated Sales System at no extra cost. It answers visitors’ questions, captures their details and books appointments into your diary, and every enquiry is followed up by text and email within minutes. You can also add an AI receptionist to answer your phone.

After 18 months with us the website is yours, if you want to you can then copy it and host it yourself if you wish. You will need to get licences for the photos we have used but we can tell you where all these are from. Any photos or text you supply is yours and the domain name is yours. You can stay with us, the costs are the same. Every 24 months we offer a free refresh of your website to give it a new look if you wish.

The photos if used by us, are licensed to us, we can send you a list of where to get the photos if you want to move the website away from us after 18 months. Any photos you provide to us we must see a licence to prove you can use them and copyright free, unless you have taken them.

The changes are unlimited but subject to a fair usage policy and averaged out over 3 months. We will also ensure the website stays updated and look after any security patches, this is not part of the time we do this anyway. If the changes take longer one month we do not mind as we can do less the next month. If a lot of work is needed, then we will discuss this with you. 

Yes you can, we will give you a log in and give you a tour of how to make changes if you want, but we are happy to do them for you.

We work Monday to Friday and will do the changes as soon as we can, it is normally within a day or two.

That is fine, we can have a video call or face to face meeting with you to go through what the website needs, we can help.

Yes we use green hosting so your website will be better for the environment. Our green hosting is certified by Green Web Foundation and Websitecarbon.com. You can have a badge on your website.

We will build the website with this in mind, including key words you want to rank for and we recommend an FAQ list. However whilst we will put in the building blocks we cannot guarantee your website will rank highly, this depends on the competition for those keywords and many other factors, normally on-going SEO is needed and we can quote for this if you would like help with this.

You will be able to access your email online through a web page. If you wish we can help setting this up to go to your phone and anywhere else you would like. It works with Outlook and other email clients.

All websites are built using https and we will provide you with a free ssl certificate whilst with us. We will also do a basic back up and put protection to try and stop hackers. We can offer additional protection for an additional cost, just ask us.

No we will do everything for you, you are of course welcome to make changes yourself and we will show you how as well if you wish.

Search engines do prefer websites that have more content this includes the home page. However we would discuss with you and make a recommendation but the choice is totally yours. To get good ranking you do need text and content, search engines. prioritises quality content, relevance, and user satisfaction over sheer length; however, longer, in-depth content (often 1,000+ words for articles, less for product pages) tends to rank better because it naturally covers topics thoroughly, answers user intent, and earns more backlinks, but quality always trumps quantity, so aim for comprehensive value, not fluff. 

Yes you can, we can add a free plugin. If you want us to upload more than 10 products then we charge extra for this but we will also show you how to add products and change details, it is easy.  If you already have Shopify we can add that to the website for no extra cost. (Shopify do charge a monthly subscription which you would need to have).

No problem, extra email addresses are £5 plus vat per month, to cover the extra bandwidth and data being stored. you get some free.

We give you quite a big inbox, but it is not unlimited, we recommend you delete old emails that you are no longer using.

Yes you can, but bear in mind video will take your website longer to load and search engines prefer websites that are quick to load, but some video is great for the users.

Your email will move to us. You can still have it going into an email programme like Outlook, and to your phone and we give you free access online (web mail) to your email. We will help you. When we transfer the domain in we recommend you save any important emails, most people do not lose any emails but we cannot guarantee this as we do not know how your current email is set up. There will be downtime of between half a day and two days maximum, it is usually only a very short time.

We strongly recommend this and we will help with the move. The transfer in is free for .co.uk and .uk domains. The reason for this is our low cost model is built on being as efficient as possible and we need to avoid any costly technical support in trying to make your website work with another provider, which we cannot do. Also we could be stuck in the middle if your website is not working due to your domain / web address being with someone else, we want it to be easy, hassle free with one point of contact and No Worries for you, so having it with us makes it easy. The domain always belongs to you, this is written into the contract. If you forward your domain, you would need to do this yourself but it will have a bad effect on search engines wanting to rank your website. (Moving the domain to us, this will bring over your email to us as well, see FAQ above).

A page normally takes 1 – 3 hours depending on what is needed to redesign and build. 

Your time is averaged out over the last few months, if you have had a lot of time recently you can either wait a few months and build up your time, pay for the time at £29.99 per hour plus vat or move to a higher package for at least 6 months. If you have not had much time recently it will be done and then for the next few months you wouldn’t have any more time to use.
